Delegation of Authority--Armand Hammer Museum of Art and Cultural Center,
Los Angeles Campus
At the meeting on July 17, 1992, and as amended at the meeting of March 19, 1993, The Regents authorized the President to execute agreements between The Regents and the Armand Hammer Museum of Art and Cultural Center, Los Angeles, under which the Los Angeles campus would assume sole responsibility for management of Museum operations.
Effective July 17, 1992, as Chancellor of the Los Angeles campus you are authorized to execute these agreements with the Armand Hammer Museum of Art and Cultural Center, subject to the terms of the July 1992 and March 1993 Regental actions.
Any redelegation of this authority shall be in writing, with copies to the Senior
Vice President--Business and Finance, the Special Assistant--Coordination & Review, the
General Counsel and Vice President for Legal Affairs, and the Secretary of The Regents.
