Delegation of Authority--To Approve Exceptions to the Eligibility Requirements Under the Salary Differential Housing Allowance Program*

The Salary Differential Housing Allowance Program states, in part, that exceptions to the eligibility requirements under this Program require approval by the President.

Effective immediately, you are authorized to approve exceptions to the eligibility requirements under the Salary Differential Housing Allowance Program. Exceptions to the maximum housing allowance, currently $29,417 per recipient, however, will continue to require approval by the President.
