Delegation of Authority--Appointment of University Representatives to Conaway Ranch Joint Powers Authority Board

At the November 17, 2004 meeting, The Regents authorized the President "…to delegate to the Chancellor of the Davis campus authority to appoint the University of California, Davis representatives to the Authority Board and to provide funds to support Authority operations."

Effective immediately, as Chancellor of the Davis campus, you are authorized to appoint University representatives who shall serve as voting members of the Authority Board and to provide funds to support Authority operations. This authority does not extend to funding the lease, purchase, or operation of property.

This authority may not be redelegated.
