VICE PRESIDENT--FINANCIAL AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Delegation of Authority--Travel Policies and Procedures
Effective immediately, the Vice President--Financial and Business Management is authorized to establish and publish all travel policies; this authority which may not be redelegated is an exception to the normal requirement that the President establish and publish policies.
The Vice President--Financial and Business Management is also authorized to establish and publish travel procedures, including those issued in Business and Finance Bulletins. This authority may be redelegated; such redelegation shall be in writing with a copy to the Assistant President--Coordination and Review.
This supersedes the April l, 1980 delegation of this authority.
