Delegation of Authority--Write Off Disallowed Claims under Federal Grants and Contracts
The Vice President--Financial and Business Management is authorized to exercise the authority granted to the President under Section 100.4(x) of the Standing Orders of The Regents as follows:

(x) The President is authorized to write off against funds received from the Federal Government in reimbursement of indirect costs, routine disallowed claims under grants and contracts.
* * *
This delegation is effective immediately and supersedes the April 1, 1980 delegation of this authority. Any redelegation of this authority shall be in writing with a copy to the Assistant President--Coordination and Review.
