Delegation of Authority--Exceptions to Administrative and Professional staff Personnel Policy 130.4, Merit Review

Administrative and Professional Staff (A&PS) Personnel Policy 130.4, Merit Review, provides in part that funds available [for merit increases] are established as a percentage of payroll, which is applicable Universitywide. Effective immediately, as Senior Vice President--Administration you are authorized to grant exceptions for health care classes to that section of the Policy.

Any redelegation of this authority shall be in writing with copies to the Assistant Vice President--Employee Relations and the Director--Coordination & Review.
