Delegation of Authority--Entertainment and Employee Non-Cash Award Policies and Procedures
Effective immediately, the Senior Vice President--Business and Finance is authorized to establish and publish all policies and procedures related to entertainment expenses and non-cash awards for University employees. This authority, which may not be redelegated, is an exception to the normal requirement that the President establish and publish policies.
Under this delegation, the Senior Vice President--Business and Finance is also authorized to establish and publish procedures related to entertainment expenses and non-cash awards, and this authority may be redelegated. Any such redelegation shall be in writing with a copy to the Special Assistant--Coordination & Review.
