VICE PRESIDENT KENDRICK:
Delegation of Authority - Hold Harmless Agreements, Agricultural Extension
At the July, 1969 meeting of The Regents the Board amended Section 101.1(aa) of the Standing Orders to permit the President to execute certain documents when specifically authorized by resolution of the Board. Thereafter the following resolution was adopted by the Board:
The President be hereby authorized to execute agreements, permits, and applications for use of buildings and facilities for activities of Agricultural Extension Service, when such documents include provisions whereby the University assumes liability for conduct of persons other than University personnel.
Effective imediately the authority contained in the above resolution is delegated to you as Vice President - Agricultural Sciences.
