Delegation of Authority--State Surplus Property (other than real property)
At the October 16, 1964 meeting, The Regents authorized the President to designate those individuals who shall act as representatives of The Regents in all relations with the California State Educational Agency for Surplus Property, now the Department of Education State Agency for Surplus Property. The Regents further specified that such representatives may redelegate the authority to sign required documents of the State Agency.
Effective immediately, the Vice President--Financial and Business Management is authorized to exercise the above authority.
This supersedes the April 1, 1980 delegation of this authority. Any redelegation of this authority shall be in writing with copies to the Assistant President--Coordination and Review and the Secretary of The Regents.
