Delegation of Authority--Staff Personnel Policies for DOE Laboratories
Effective immediately, I redelegate to you, as Senior Vice President--Business and Finance, the authorities provided to me in Staff Personnel Policies for employees at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and the Los Alamos National Laboratory. In exercising these authorities, the Senior Vice President--Business and Finance is subject to any restrictions specified in those policies and assumes responsibilities assigned to the President.
The authorities under this delegation may be redelegated except when redelegation is specifically limited by policy. Any redelegation of this authority shall be in writing with copies provided to the Special Assistant--Coordination & Review and the General Counsel and Vice President for Legal Affairs.
