Delegation of Authority--Duplicate Diplomas and Fees
Section 110.3(c) of the Standing Orders of The Regents states as follows:
(c) With the approval of the President, a duplicate of a diploma may be issued in case of the loss or destruction of the original; or, in the case of a request on the part of a graduate whose name has been legally changed and, for good cause, wishes a duplicate diploma giving effect to the change of name.
Effective immediately, you are delegated the above authority provided to the President, and you are provided, also, authority to establish fees for issuance of duplicate diplomas. Assistant Vice President Baker shall be informed of such fees for publication in the Student Fees and Deposits circular. Any redelegation of the foregoing authority shall be in writing with copies to the Academic Vice President, Secretary of The Regents, and the Assistant President--Coordination and Review.
