Delegation of Authority--Policies and Procedures on University Membership in Organizations

Effective immediately, the Senior Vice President--Business and Finance is authorized to establish and publish all policies related to University membership in organizations. This authority, which may not be redelegated, is an exception to the normal requirement that the President establish and publish policies.

Under this delegation, the Senior Vice President--Business and Finance is also authorized to establish and publish procedures related to University membership in organizations, and this authority may be redelegated. Any such redelegation shall be in writing with a copy to the Special Assistant--Coordination & Review.
