Delegation of Authority--Actions Pertaining to the Natural Reserve System
Administration of the Natural Reserve System was transferred from the Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources to the Division of Academic Affairs, effective April 1, 2004.
Accordingly, as Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs, and
in recognition of your responsibility for the Natural Reserve System, you are
authorized to take actions pertaining to administration of the Natural Reserve
System in those instances where The Regents, on an item-by-item basis, have
authorized the President to act. Any action taken by you under this authority
shall be consistent with all terms of the related action taken by The Regents.
This authority may be redelegated by you to specific individuals but may not
be further redelegated. Such redelegation shall be in writing, with copies provided
to the Secretary and General Counsel of The Regents and to the Office of Coordination
and Review.
This delegation supersedes Delegation of Authority 0692 dated April 2, 1981.
